Probably I'm lucky, but every time I go there is no queue. Do not have time to take the ticket, as they call you with a voice and offer to come up. Issuance by phone number (if registered in the application), everything is prompt. If you receive a lot of shipments, write all the numbers in advance on a piece of paper, save time.
