The head of the post office posted an announcement that 1 person should enter the room! Although the room has the ability to make markings with a distance of 1.5m. As a result, a crowd of people are standing in front of the doors! Post workers are boorish, led by director Smirnova. They shout at people, they work with a great favor, they are rude to people, they threaten to shut down mail altogether and call an outfit so that everyone is checked for quarantine. Director Smirnova entered the room without a mask and threatened to cough at all, hinting at a coronovirus! I left Complaints about this department twice on the Russian Post website and over the phone. But no action was taken. Accepted Applications, unsubscribed to me by mail and sent to the office! ALL!

Just awful! This is not the first time I have received a parcel in this mail. It’s always the turn. The staff is rude, impudent, throws packages. Delivery service (courier) is similar rudeness. As if someone owed them something. I will never order mail to this address anymore. Everyone who writes good reviews with a probability of 99% is the workers themselves (we ourselves raised the rating of the car dealership in this way) It’s better to go to another metro station and get there!
