It's horrible!!! The letter with the original documents was in the mail for 10 days !!! 10 days could not continue the workflow! And the employee (an elderly lady) blatantly lied that the letter had just arrived, but the seal of the branch 194044 was affixed on August 21 !!! How so, the Russian Post Office?
