Previously, they had a poster in plain sight in the hall with a phone number, which they should have called if the wait was longer than 15 minutes or there were more than 5 people in the queue (I can confuse the numbers, but the meaning is this). I went in, saw that there were 10 numbers ahead and boldly called. Another employee appeared from somewhere in the depths and the work went faster. This rule is still valid, but the poster with the phone number was removed and you have to google the number every time. Apparently, the company to improve the quality of work is over, and calls from disgruntled customers are annoying and distracting from other, more important work. It's funny that digitalization only having managed to penetrate this ossified structure, risks leaving it again for a long time. We have already written here about non-working scoreboards and live queues. And the work with the application is also poorly functioning. Everything seems to be built to simplify work. You show the barcode of the shipment, an SMS comes with a code ... only SMS, sometimes, will come in an hour, and sometimes it will not come at all. And again you stand and fill out the papers. And to speed up the work, they could put up a terminal and people standing in line could fill in something in advance. And a pitiful shelf with food at exorbitant prices is more appropriate in a remote village as an alternative to a car shop, but not in the center of the second capital. It would be better to put a vending machine and sell envelopes or coffee. And one more little comment, however, about another department. I just needed an envelope. There is a countless queue at the window where they are sold. But in the next window TWO girls are bored. When asked to sell the envelope, they answer: take a loan - we will give it like this :) All health!

This bottom needs to be either abolished, or something should be done for the better! Queues at any time of the day, the inability to buy something without standing in line at the common window, regularly lost letters, letters to the next house take more than a WEEK !!! But the pasta is sold ...

To stand in the queue for twenty minutes to find out that the notification system does not work, or rather it does not work properly and the queue is "live" here. When trying to find out the situation (so what window to stand in after all and behind whom ?!), the remark was made: "Citizens, do not chat, interfere with work!" In a nutshell: nothing is clear, half an hour was killed to find out who is behind whom. Only 2 girls work. They are trying sincerely, but it is clear that their strength is not enough.

The queue was large, when I went to receive the parcel there were 7 people in the queue, there were about the same for sending letters and parcels, there were 2 queues, out of 5 windows, there was no distance, but people came in masks, orders were issued and the reception was without masks (this I consider the decision of everyone personally, he wants to wear it, no) I was pleasantly surprised by the service, without rudeness and nerves, they explained everything, but alas, I stood for 30 minutes in the wrong queue (((although they were sent to the 1st window, but in the end they were sent to the 2nd floor, and there was a queue , there were no more than one person in the hall at the window for receiving and issuing an order, and one at a waiting point in the hall itself, there is also no distance on the landing, 5 * for the attitude of employees
