Love this place, there is only one lady working at a time usually and i met 2 of them. They're both extremely helpful and nice despite my mediocre Russian 👍👍👍

The prices for printing were unpleasantly surprised, but what can you do when time is pressing. And the staff are polite, for a state institution this is a pleasant surprise.
