A lovely and historic Palace nearby the Tavrechesky gardens in downtown St. Petersburg. This lovely palace now houses the Interparliamentary Assembly of Member Nations of the Commonwealth of Independent States. It was also the location used during the opening ceremony for the 23rd SPIMUN, a Model United Nations Conference, for High School students from around the globe.
