We rested more than once in different seasons. A great place for both collective walks and for relaxation together. A warm font, a sauna, a brazier with all accessories, a cozy cottage, a fireplace, near a pine forest and a lake, hospitable hosts.

Extremely negative impressions remained after visiting this cottage. We were deceived. Initially, we had to rent another house from the same owner, but a few hours before the settlement we were offered to change the house to this one, since the company that rented the cottage the day before decided to prolong the celebration. Of course, I went to meet even though I had to overpay for a taxi, since this cottage is located further from St. Petersburg. The house is served by two people: a man and a woman. The procedure for registration took place in a not very pleasant atmosphere. Complete absence of any greeting and positive attitude. They poured sheets with the rules of the lease and asked everyone to get acquainted personally (so that there were no questions). There were questions with the payment of extra linen, we expected that the laundry would be included in the price, there were seven of us, but, since not all were pairs, we could not accommodate 4 double beds. As a result, extra linen had to be paid for another bed, of course, of course, no one warned in advance. The bath was old and cracking at the seams, legs blew cold air. The most surprise awaited us at the exit! We, on our part, washed all the dishes and left the house clean. They asked the staff to take the house early for an hour, so that they could leave with a calm soul. It seems that at first the staff agreed, but then in a couple of minutes said that the acceptance will pass quickly and we will surrender the house as a taxi will come for us. During the surrender, the man with the woman began to check all the rooms and everything seemed to be going well. At one point, a man threw a towel on the sofa (I did not pay much attention to it) and began to inspect carefully the sofa. We seem to have already been told that everything is good and ready to let us go, but then the man reached for his towel and completely "accidentally" noticed a tear on the couch. We were told that this was not so and that we broke the sofa. Our company is 100% sure that we did not spoil this sofa, we celebrated our birthday quietly within the limits of decency. Employees began to assure us that the day before, they washed this sofa, and everyone checked (they also said that past employers were with a dog! And they then removed the wool). As a result, I had to talk to the owner several times over the phone. To convince her that it was not we who spoiled the sofa, it did not work out. We were constantly told about the fact that there is even a video where it can be seen that the sofa is whole, but to the request to show this video we were told that they deleted it. As for the video version, they constantly changed: we were told that they had removed it, then they told us that there was no sofa visible. But in any case, no video was not shown to us. All this time we were waiting for a taxi, the staff hinted that a taxi was waiting for us. The owner spoke to us on the phone and insisted that we leave 5 thousand rubles for the repair of the couch. She also proposed to return the difference in the event that the repair will be cheaper, but hinted that the repair will come out at all more expensive. We had nothing to do but agree, we decided to document everything in the act. Then we saw that in all documents there is no SINGLE SIGNATURE OF ANY PRINT of the owner. The owner of the direct text told us that she is a private person (not an IP and not an LLC) and that she can not sign or seal. It is not clear how a private person conducts such entrepreneurial activity. At the request to put at least some signature, she said that she would come to the scene in half an hour. At the moment, the taxi driver waited for us for more than half an hour, we could not wait for her and just left, leaving 5 thousand rubles. I understand that we needed to inspect the house carefully at the time of acceptance, but we still went there to rest, and not to look for shortcomings. It is obvious to me that the staff at some point took the house with this tear on the couch. They needed to dissolve some company for the cost of repairs, so as not to pay the owner out of their own pocket. Think about two hundred times, if you still decided to go on vacation to this place.
