Beautiful nature, but on this list of benefits ends. The wedding event was ruined forever. Unfortunately, the responsible person for the organization did not pay attention to the content of the contract, which has a one-page list with fines for non-collection of rubbish - 500 rubles, walking in the shoes around the house - 500 rubles, sleeping without bed linen - 2000 rubles, music on the veranda after 22-00 - 5000 rubles, etc. Lord organizers! You would at least bother to clean the garbage on your own! All the same, 27 thousand rubles for 1 day is a high price and you have attendants! The pledge took 10 thousand + driver's license. We kindly asked the administrator to allow 1 person (cook) to prepare the table for the arrival of guests, but I was refused with the words "you need to meet the chef, open the gate, etc." and all those invited had to wait for food to be served on the table. In addition, most of the guests complained about the rudeness of the staff. The gates themselves close immediately after opening - they almost scratched the car. We go to the cottages to rest in Len. The region is already more than 10 years old, but such ugliness has not yet been seen. No credit.

It is not convenient time of entry and exit. No lawn. In the bath it is necessary to carry water. Never used. Inside the house everything is comfortable, great.

The cottage is wonderful, located near the city, near the lake. Inside there are parking spaces, dishes, TV, WiFi. On the street there is a barbecue, a children's sandpit, in which, however, there is no sand, in the pavilion there is a billiard table and a tennis table. The bathhouse deserves special attention, located right there in the house in a separate room with a large steam room, TV, bathtub and a dousing bucket. The drain in the bath works very badly, after pouring from the bucket there is a risk of collecting the lake in the restroom, so be careful. However, the fun begins after arrival. The owner of the house, obviously, believes that a large company that rents a cottage for 10-12 people per day comes there to meditate or practice sign language and go to bed at 20.30. Be prepared that the hostess of the cottage or her husband will come to your party without an invitation, check what you are doing, without missing an opportunity to make comments to the company of 30-year-old married couples. It's scary to imagine what it would be like if we took children and dogs with us. Apparently it would be necessary to shut their mouths to both so as not to interfere with the leisure of the owners who live here nearby. The hostess is modestly silent about the fact that the eyes of the owners will closely follow you during your vacation. The reception at home was no less dramatic. For the hostess, obviously, it is customary to accept a washed house, with collected garbage, dishes arranged on the shelves and folded towels, because she did not look grateful, began to double-check the dish towels, to find out what we ruined and broke. With two fingers, she threw the forgotten clean T-shirt to the nearest girl almost on her head with two fingers, hissing something indistinct. Because of such an unfriendly attitude, the evening was turned from joyful into nervous, all the first half of the day the company was deciding what we had done so wrong and how much we would be fined. If you miss the grandmother's control and are ready to relax on such conditions, I highly recommend it, because the cottage is wonderful. For us, rest "as a guest" for such money is unacceptable.

The cottage is good, excellent rooms, furniture, equipment. There is a wonderful sauna, billiards and nast.tennis. Strange one bedroom, where the walls and ceiling are covered with samples of furniture sheathing - this is crazy somehow)) I bet 4 * because of the behavior of the hostess. She always followed us, twice quit forbidding us to do anything. At 20.30, I was ordered to turn off the music on the street, and then I was scolded for taking out a table on the veranda on a hot summer day (naturally, everything would be returned to their seats). But to relax in full did not work, because all the time they thought: and suddenly she was looking at us from somewhere. Except for this unpleasant moment, everything else suited very well.
