The meat should be fried, not cooked / stewed, it should be aromatic. If you have no idea about the ideal end product, then why do you even undertake this? Why did I first say that it’s not tasty? Because I like to eat and eat and I don’t like when people cheat on me and my expectations about food too. I read the reviews and laughed. And you do not need to change the procedure, but the attitude and taste for food. I would compare your burgers with sandwiches in plastic in refrigerators at gas stations. Dare and improve.
