Very comfortably. 20 minutes replaces an hour and a half of training in the gym, while having the same, and maybe more, efficiency. The ideal option for classes.

Since July I have been going to study with Maria and Vlada. The trainers know their job very well, the results are already visible, despite the short training period. Very clean studio, always nice administrators. Recommend.

I like this sports club very much. I've been walking for about six months. Trainings give excellent results and, most importantly, they do not take much time. Coaches are responsible for training, they always prompt and help.

The best fitness :) The EMS technique saves a lot of time (20 minutes training - really gives a result). Wonderful instructors - help to work on the technique of performing exercises. Lovely administrators :)
