I advise you never to go to this store for purchases of anything. Incompetent, unprofessional employees who only think about how to get paid from you, then they are not interested in either the timing, or your satisfaction with the purchase, or anything. Manager Maria Goncharova is just a manager from God: now on sick leave, now on a day off, sometimes she doesn't pick up the phone, sometimes she doesn't call back. The head of the organization also deserves a separate "praise". We have been waiting for a large order for more than six months - from early December to mid-August. Since mid-February, the seller simply stopped responding to calls and letters, and at the end of March he covered himself with a pandemic.

The order was delayed for more than a month, Maria, who had a very nice conversation with us before placing the order, subsequently stopped answering calls! Lies and refusal to explain the situation! The crane was sold for 30 thousand with a marriage (the switch between the watering can and the faucet fell off, scalding the child with boiling water!)
