Пришла подать заявление об утере паспорта. Попросили подождать, я просидела минут 30-40, вышел один из сотрудников и сказал, что я зря сижу, нужно идти в МФЦ без всякого заявления. Я говорю, что на сайте гос.услуг написано, что это заявление необходимо, на что сотрудник отдела ответил, что это "ошибочное мнение". Но какое же это мнение, если это инструкция с сайта гос.услуг?
