This did not fit into the usual stereotype of service at the Russian Post. Today I visited the second time, sent a parcel. They suggested everything, helped with everything, and everything is polite, correct, and benevolent. Thank you very much to the employees, success in your work and fewer negative clients.

I have been using this department for many years (I lived nearby for a long time), when I had a lot of employees, and even after moving (a little further), I went to this department exactly. The staff is always polite, never had to wait long. Often I send a child there to send letters or parcels and he really likes, he says cool aunts :) will always help and explain. It happened when the time of vacations (when 1 employee works) or the intern works (slowly), but this is normal, they are not robots, but people!

For ~ 50 dispatches, more than 4-5 people did not see the queue, the most desolate department))) A couple of times I was deceived or deceived, I lost a couple of hundred on it, but it's purely my fault, because recently I did not understand the cost of services at all. Always send stamps, just specify what you want to send stamps, directly require that when you send a stamp on the parcel. The bottom line is that sending cash is recognized as a commercial service and VAT is charged, and no VAT is imposed. If the parcel is not very valuable, and in case of loss, do not write a sea of ​​applications and claim money from the post office (which is not a fact that it will break out, if there is a need for an official listing of the post office, that there is a chance of success), then do the usual departure, and not custom. This tracking can easily cost as much as half the cost of sending. Well, they are being fooled like this in all departments, I think this is required by the leadership.

Absolutely not happy with the work of the department! One employee works and it’s very slow! 3 people serve 40 minutes! If you need to quickly go to the post office, then this is definitely not here!
