Very pleasant experience.

Great office with lovely, polite, fast staff! For work, I often send parcels, for me it is closer to the branches on Borovaya and Zagorodny, but I want to send to Stremyannaya, because. as shown by many years of experience, in these departments I will spend at least 30 minutes (the record was an hour on Borovaya), and on Stermyannaya I never stood for more than 10 minutes. Operators really work harmoniously, quickly, very polite and nice people! Thank you so much for your work!

I went to send a package before the New Year holidays, naturally there were a lot of people. I was surprised that the line was moving very quickly, but I especially want to note the responsiveness and humanity of the employees. There was a blind woman in line in front of me and an employee even signed cards for her, filled in all the papers and all this was as polite and understanding as possible. Well done.

A queue of 12 people: sending parcels, receiving parcels, receiving a pension - all in one queue. No coupons. I sat in line for more than an hour, the first 30-40 minutes 1 person worked (!)
