Today I came to the post office once again, as always, to receive a parcel. Basically, always normal staff. And here some new employee sits, tsks and rolls her eyes! It would be better if I stopped drinking and put my jaw in, maybe then life would seem better! There is no limit to my anger! Down with such employees! I hope I won't see this face again!

Visitors are ignored in the open, for several minutes I could not get an answer to the question: "where to get the parcel?" As a result, only one window works for both reception and delivery (and indeed for any operations). Because of this, the service to visitors is very long, the queue hardly moves forward, you can stay in for a long time. Next time I will indicate a different address, I have not seen this for a long time. Usually there is a separate window for the delivery of parcels, because this is quickly done.

I have long wanted to write a good review! Thanks to the staff for the courtesy and professionalism. One of the best post office of those where you have been. Always a very kind attitude, quick work! The department is small, there are not enough employees in the department, but they are trying and there are no large queues! People work for a scanty zp, but high quality! Thank you so much! I especially want to note the work of Victoria Chuprynina, Victoria Guler and Alexandra Guler (unfortunately I do not remember the last name)! Stay the best) Keep it up !!!

Very helpful staff gathered at the post office. I arrived 5 minutes before closing time and a couple of people stood. The girls served, no questions arose. Thank.

I had the opportunity to observe customer service in this department. Very attentive and friendly staff. Thank! BUT! Before my eyes, pensioners received their pensions, a stack of money is invested in a passport. And everyone sees it !!! What is unsafe! Compartments like bait for thieves and robbers. There is no nook so that no one sees what is happening. Not all retirees have an accompanying person. And there are no cases to track down lonely pensioners on the days of receiving pensions ... Russian Post, please take care of the safe service of the most unprotected population !!!
