Medium-sized shopping center very close to the metro exit. Quirky and rather pretentious. Nice elevators and escalators. Glass facades from almost all sides, original interior layout, albeit without atriums. Cutting shops on the upper floors are also glazed. Even a Carls Junior burger, not Burger King. All around is purity and beauty. Including in the agricultural market, which is the most popular in the shopping center. It has its own attraction and mascot - the crocodile Gosha in the aquarium on the third floor. The passability of the shopping center, in my opinion, is not very high. This is partly confirmed by ridiculous visitor counters mounted right on the doors. People come here mainly to the market and to the CSN located on the 2nd floor.
