The delivery department is one of the worst in Russia. My cover from alik arrived about a week ago, according to the application, but they can't punch the track number there to check if my cover is there. One friend of mine, too, for about a week could not pick up the package from hm, because they could not punch the track number. Some guy is working there, he seems to be adequate, you just need to catch him.

I visit very often. The workload is large due to the location. I do not go during rush hour (the coolest is at closing time, generally empty) and everything is ok! No one has ever been naughty, I take everything according to a simplification, just showing the barcode on the phone. The employees are generally adequate, they often call from the delivery department saying come and pick up. And if there are any squabbles, then these are some inadequate visitors, by God. I am with them politely and in response to me "good afternoon" and "good evening". Logical, huh? 🤷🏻‍♀️😸

Wonderful office! I come to the post office team from Devyatkino and quite often. I'm going again tomorrow, tk. at my place of residence on Monday the nearest post office does not work ... A wish for the management: to put the building in order, to encourage employees more often and more in any difficult times. We did not have lungs in our country. I am a very frequent visitor to this department and I notice staff turnover. Employee turnover in ANY organization will not lead to prosperity. Thanks to the women, Alexei: everyone who accepted my parcels, gave recommendations, etc. I have never encountered negative in dialogues. See you! Best regards, Elena K.
