Today we visited the Nava floating center with a young man to relax and reboot after working days :) We chose a deep reboot program (massage + floating). All in all, it was wonderful! The pre-session massage helped to relax those muscles that are usually tense at remote work (neck and back). Many thanks to the masseurs of the center :) Then we went to joint floatation in a large float chamber. For the first five or ten minutes it was unusual to remain in complete darkness and without sounds around. I put a pillow under my neck and it became easier☺ I even managed to practice shavasan. We went out relaxed and happy) Then we drank delicious tea with sweets :) In general, we got a lot of pleasure and impressions! We would like to express our deep gratitude to the administrator and all the staff of the center🥰 We will definitely recommend it to everyone we know and will come back again.
