Lovely open-air restaurant (during covid times) with nice food. Alcohol choose is not a strong part of their menu. Expect loud companies in the evening (place is just great for friends and family meet-ups)

Roof bar with wonderful views of St Isaac's Cathedral and beyond. 900 Roubles for a vodka martini, but an amazing experience. Blankets and heaters for when it gets cold and a DJ after 8 pm (at least when I was there on a Sunday evening).

Located on the 8th floor atop W St. Petersburg Hotel Terrace provides wonderful views of the golden dome of St Isaacs Cathedral. The set up is casual with low tables and comfy chairs, the food was good and shisha was available if you wanted. There was a DJ playing music so might be a little loud if you're looking for a quite meal though. We visited in May and the weather was fine so very comfortable, however blankets are available if it's a little colder.

Ok food ( over priced and nothing special) could get better food for less in a top restaurant in New York. Great view and environment.
