A disaster! 4 diners, the waitress did not want to give us the printed menu informing that due to the virus they no longer used it. After 5 minutes, other beginners occupied the continuous table and brought him the written menu 😳 ... Seeing that, I went with another waiter and he very kindly brought us the written menu at 4. The previous girl made us order blindly, she did not know how to explain the menu so 3 people asked for their plate of food and I did not order until 30 minutes later when they gave us the written menu. Knowing that my order was missing, she never approached us to ask if I had already decided ... Then when after several signals, she attended us again, I was able to order homemade meatballs with puree ... The food brought cucumbers and I asked her to I changed it for a tomato I DON'T CHANGE IT AND NEITHER THEY OFFERED TO BRING IT TO ME SEPARATELY .... AND LASTLY, WHAT I DIGESTED THE MOST WAS THAT HE REMOVED THE DISHES FROM THE TABLE WHILE WE WERE EATING !!! A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ... EVERY TIME I READ "GINZA" I WILL NOT ENTER THE RESTAURANT ... IN ANY PLACE IN THE WORLD I WAS TREATED SO HARD Answer: ⬇️ It did not happen that way. I asked the waitress from minute 1 for the written menu and she refused 3 times and I couldn't place my food order. And she never gave it to me. I asked a waiter who served another table and he immediately brought us the menu... ⬇️

Best of the best. As an American I did the authentic Russian cuisine...... let’s just say I ate here 5 times in 7 days. Every time better than the last. Staff was phenomenal.

Well the place is usually full, but somehow they always make space for you. Stuff is super busy but the service is amazing. I mean without those amazing guys and gals working in that place it wouldn't be same experience. Food was OMG so freaking good. You gotta try Georgian soil desert. Something super yummy. Anyway lots of passion, great food, great atmosphere and best location. My second time there and will be back for some more! Especial thx to our waiter! 🙌

A great Georgian restaurant with wonderfully helpful service. Our server took the time to show us how to eat the Georgian cheese bread (mix the egg!) and the dumplings (don’t cut them, hold the twist and bite so you get every drop of the sauce inside). The crispy eggplant salad is a “don’t miss.”
