If the bank says 24 hours, explain to the staff that this means that the door does not need to be closed. Already half a year so. In tech support for 30 minutes phoned. They said, write to the site, wrote. Total? So hard to explain fooling what is 24 hours? And it is closed not only at night, if you want to use an ATM on Sunday, it means that you do not want to pay on Sunday. Since the bank is closed, and the door too.
