I have been a client of the bank since 2012. Absolutely dissatisfied. At the ATM, on Friday, an hour after the bank closes, there is often no money. About Saturday and Sunday, generally keep quiet. I came several times, the ATM did not work at all. And it was the same before in the still working branches at Kuibyshev, Civil, Vyborg. To open the door, you have to swipe the card twenty times, it does not work. The withdrawal limit is lower than in other banks. The account still remained, but there is no desire to use this bank anymore ... (I suffered for so many years because of the Company in which I worked, they demanded to have a salary account in this bank) There are no complaints about the staff at the cash desks.

It was necessary to get a certificate from the office on Moskovsky Prospect, 127. He scored in Yandex, he gave me a Mon-Fri 9.00-19.00 mode of operation. I hurry, I come there at 18.30, the bank is closed, the guard waves my hand at the window like CLOSED, I show the clock that it is still 18.32; I would like to ask, is it so poor a bank that it cannot even afford to print out a new schedule and inform the search engines about the new schedule even when changing the mode of operation (not lazy, scored on Google maps, there is generally a timetable 9.00-20.00) ??? Or are you so frightened by the loyalty of the remaining customers of the bank, so that you quickly get disappointed in you and go to other banks ??? In general, pechalka and seams ..

Global Blue's partner is very conditional - sometimes they can make a refund in some form, but often not. On some other issues, besides the usual compensation, they have nothing to do with Global Blue, it is useless to come with the imposed Fast Refund, you can immediately go to the post office. Even for penny refunds (less than 10E), additional checks are carried out for several days. The staff is quite correct and adequate, but they work slowly, there is always a queue, there is no numbering of "windows" for the electronic queue - try to guess where to go.

Received tax free payment on global blue. In a letter from the bank it was said - the payment is approved, come to receive. There was no talk of any documents. The operator waited 10 minutes on the support hotline - no one answered. Ok, I took a passport, I arrived to receive it - it turned out that I still needed a Russian passport, as well as the original checks (despite the fact that the bank itself had already approved the payment). There is not a word about this in the letter. Employees can be rude, service a la rus. Work slowly. In general, I do not recommend it.

Very, very bad! I came in order to return the tax-free, having killed a lot of time in the queue, and the operator, instead of telling me how to fill in the fields (and which ones) so as not to spoil, began to make complaints, and after a colleague from the next window, to scold me too, - turned around and went home. For reference: always easily and without additional scribble returned tax-free at the airport of Milan, and there the Italian employees are even friendlier than our compatriots! Intesa is not the only bank that can help in this matter, fortunately! But the concepts of etiquette, friendliness and quality of service are alien to Intesa employees at Moscow.
