Disgusting bank. I do not recommend to anyone. No one is responsible for anything. They do not know how to work. 5 months can not pick up a mortgage from Rosreestr and still have enough audacity to make excuses: “Our courier goes to the Moscow-based financial center once a month.” In 5 months five times I went !!! Very disappointed with the work of the bank.

I also want to leave my review. It’s rare when I do it. I applied for the opening of the RS, I waited for some reason 15 minutes before they drew attention to me. Some manager took something, didn’t read the badge, their name is Marina, it’s rare, in general, because she talked in no way, I almost broke down and didn’t speak out about everything I thought about her. In general, a visit to the bank is sheer stress, such working staff incurs losses to the bank.

Terrible service and incompetent employees - I do not advise anyone not only this branch, but the Absolute Bank as a whole. Worse than the bank did not meet, such banks need to be closed !!!!

I support negative reviews. Illiterate employees, you won’t get anything from anyone (only with a scandal). TAKE CARE OF YOUR NERVES - Never, under any circumstances, contact the branch on 109 Leninsky Prospekt
