I’ve been using this bank for 10 years, the branch has always been extremely leisurely. But today, all records have been broken. 60 people in line, 2.5 hours !!! VTB, is it really so difficult to deliver cards by courier, as half of the banks already do? I understand that you are state. Bank and you do not care about your customers. But this is something beyond.

Disgustingly planned work of the bank. If your workload is high, why not increase the size and number of employees? Waiting for 1.5 hours at normal time and more than 2 hours at rush hour ?! Are you seriously? You are in electronic queue to write to you 22 people. You don’t even have enough seats in the bank. People curse you after work.

Horrible service. Huge lines, instead of customer service, employees are busy with meetings and discussions, in total, out of 4, only 1 employee works. 57 minutes were spent to pick up a ready-made salary card. In other banks, this procedure takes 10 minutes !!!!!

Awful bank, get a card to sit for an hour and a half. And the same amount until the employee brings it. The attitude to work is very loyal, that a lot of people do not care about anyone.

I have been coming in for two months already, I come in a couple of times a week and still cannot get a salary card. HUGE queues. The disgusting work of specialists. Visitors spend from 40 minutes to an hour to issue a ready-made card. At the same time, no one can connect an online bank the first time (they refer to some technical problems and are advised to come another time !!!!!! I have all my work colleagues who had to get a card there and faced all these problems.
