Worst of banks. It is impossible to reach the call center. Standby time is up to one hour. The Internet bank flies every three days. Access is not possible. Huge security issues. Without my knowledge, my phone number was blocked. In twenty minutes, scammers managed to attach a new, unknown number to my Internet bank. How can this be done without the participation of MTS employees ??? !!! From the account the moment left 30 000 rubles. I will not recommend this bank to anyone.

A month ago, they were closed for repairs and, for some reason, ATMs were also removed. To pay a loan 2 options: go to hell on the cams (no closer!) Or pay 200 rubles for their card, which I don’t need for nothing! Extortionists! Do not mess with this "bank", many more disgusting moments, very much like a microloan !!!!

Wonderful bank! Workers act quickly and quickly, prices are good, location is convenient (immediately near the Leninsky Prospekt metro station), there is an MTS ATM inside. Large selection of gadgets. The staff is always happy to help.
