I would like to understand the position of the network regarding the use of masks by buyers. In all stores located in our area, there are ALWAYS customers in the hall without PPE. Sellers do not react to comments about these violations, they calmly serve people without masks. Yesterday in Magnet on Parashutnaya, 23, at about 6 pm, there were 4 customers without masks in the store. When asked why this is so, the seller suggested contacting the director. When I asked the cashier if the store was afraid of fines, he replied that they had never heard of fines. Of course, I tried to leave this place as quickly as possible. I wonder how the network relates to the Rospotrebnadzor order. Yesterday I wrote a claim on the network's website, sent a copy by mail. More than a day has passed, no reaction. These Magnets are very strange, for very unassuming buyers, they always have a feeling of some kind of crowdedness, unsanitary conditions, rudeness, the worst memories of the Soviet service sector. It is surprising that the owners do not even try to change the image of the network and keep up with the times. I only go to these stores when absolutely necessary.
