At the same time, the grannies are outraged by the splashes and other inconveniences that the fast swimmers give them, but do not go to the paths designed for their swimming style ... There is also a minus. There is no boiler room or boiler room in the complex. And when hot water is turned off on the pipe, there is no hot water in the complex either. She is not in the shower, so we wash ourselves cold. And, who does not wash, then the dirty little one plops into the pool .... Why, then, is the profanation of obtaining a certificate for 200 rubles every 3 months? And now your subscription will not be suspended during hot water shutdown and repairs in the pool. You can use freeze days for this. I do not visit the gym and have to suspend the visit at my own expense during the repair of the pool during the hot water cutoff. The owners of the club decided so ... For some, the presence of gel in the shower matters: it is not. You also need to carry a towel with you, as it is given when buying a subscription. And there is a small minus-plus (as anyone can do) you can rent a locker in the dressing room. For me, this is a minus. The availability of free lockers is decreasing. For me personally, there are more advantages, so I chose this pool !!! After the next shutdown of the water, there were more minuses

Back in February, we wanted to close the subscription. Not accepted - there is no person on the spot who would accept him. That is, there are three people sitting on sales, but no one is on the termination of the contract. March 2020 is the time to introduce restrictions. And again refusal to terminate the contract. Waited for August ... My wife called in advance and asked what documents needed to be brought. Brought what they said. And it began: - Is this really your child? Show birth certificate. - Did you pay for sure? Show the bank statement. - And we cannot return in cash, bring the bank account. - Did you write a statement by hand, indicating the bank details in full? - And you brought the wrong bank, you need the one from which you paid. - Did you rewrite the application, and again by hand, indicating all the bank details? - Did you know that upon termination you pay 15% of the contract amount? - And the contract itself is in your hands? - Did you sign the contract for sure? But the funny thing is different: during the coronavirus restrictions, it is believed that the child went to class! Moreover, if you go further, then the restrictions are considered a period of downtime and the subscription for this period is extended. But upon termination, it turns out that you went to a closed club. I propose to introduce a new term in psychology: "fitness24 logic". And also the "freeze" was lost ... So what's the bottom line? As a result, they made a calculation, listening to which, I wanted to laugh out loud. By this very calculation, it turned out that when the contract was terminated, we also found ourselves in debt to the sports center. Like this: after 4 months out of the paid 9, if we wanted to terminate the contract, we ended up owing FITNESS 24 for Veterans. As a result of the last appeal, the wife wrote a complaint in the “Book of Complaints and Suggestions”. FITNESS 24 on Veterans ignored the appeal, thereby violating the law: a response to the complaint had to be given within 10 days, contacts were left in the book. And there was no answer, and no, even after 2 months (at the time of writing the review).

The club is good enough. Clean and comfortable. Large pool. But if I wanted to terminate the contract, I came across a violation of the rights of clients. The contract states that the performer (i.e. the club) withholds 15% upon termination, in accordance with Art. 32 of the Law on RFP for actually incurred expenses. A veiled phrase designed to mislead customers. Firstly, no fines / penalties, "taxes for termination" - as the manager indicated to me, the club cannot charge! This can only be done by a court or an authorized state body. Second, the actual costs incurred are the actual costs incurred, i.e. what you have already used or the club has spent on you (for example, a club card, locks, bracelets), and this must be spelled out. Straight through the list. A clasp / bracelet (I don’t have one, besides) well, it cannot cost 15% of the cost of the subscription. Well, not really. Thirdly, if you do not like this point and you are indignant upon termination, you will be asked to write a statement addressed to the general director not to deduct these 15% from you (interesting, right?) And if the gender agrees (what is the turn, and ? Agree what you are required by law) - you will not be charged this interest. Advice - write a claim, in 2 copies. This is a legal document. Let's understand that you know what you are talking about. Know your rights, don't let them profit from you. The club is good, but such things cut all the pluses in the bud.
