On December 14, I went to the Mystellamaris INTERNATIONAL Clinic, where they underwent a poor quality hydrafacial procedure, as a result of which PEPTIDE ANTIOXIDATE SERUM got into my left eye (drops from her gloves got into my eye and on the skin of both eyelids) I screamed (as never in my life I didn't pinch my eyes like that!), the “doctor” got confused and hesitantly offered me a cotton pad with distilled water, didn't even apologize! I felt better, lacrimation began and we continued the procedure. By the evening of December 14, I developed severe pain, watery eyes and discomfort in the left eye area. (Photo in the carousel) On the morning of December 15, I immediately turned to an ophthalmologist, who diagnosed a CHEMICAL BURN OF THE LID and PEROCULAR area. With the conclusion of the doctor, I went to the clinic to resolve this issue, I demanded: ✔️ a refund for a poor-quality service in the amount of: 14.440 rubles! ✔️Reimbursement of costs incurred caused by damage to health (costs of treatment, purchase of drugs). I'm not saying that due to my disability, I was forced to cancel my patients! In this clinic, they inflicted harm on my health, moral damage and laughed in my face, at the founder of the clinic and "doctor" whose ugly behavior, even the basement "cosmetologists" cannot afford, because they value their business reputation and client base. In response to MY CLAIM, they impudently deny the fact that the serum got into the eye, so as not to return the money to the client - it is very low for the clinic staff with a declared international status, providing low-quality services for a decent price. The main thing for a real doctor is the principle - DO NOT HARM! So do not repeat my mistake and NEVER CONTACT THE CLINIC! Divorce for money!

A very respectable place with a solid approach. These are not just cosmetologists, but the most brilliant dermatologists in love with their job. Also takes a very good endocrinologist. The clinic is not cheap, but worth it!
