Were there for the first time. Managers are polite, though without mood of course. We were expecting more than 1 hour for the loan to be approved, but have not stopped at this place yet when buying a car under the trade-in program. But fortunately, they have a waiting area, coffee ☕ / tea 🍬 and, in principle, comfortable tables and chairs. Well, of course we ourselves found something to do while waiting for an answer to kill time))
