Even after shopping in Reserved in Ситимолл for almost 5 years, they still follow me around like I have stolen something from them before, to add insult to injury, they are not even the least cool about it. I suggest you shop elsewhere, where your patronage will be appreciated.

6.11.2020 I wanted to buy pajamas, but before that, my figure is not standard. Pajamas consisted of a jacket and pants and were secured together with protection (the set was connected together). If I bought the pajamas, I could not return them, I asked to disconnect the set and attach protection to each thing, but I was refused! Your pajamas are not cheap and how to get them without trying them on? I asked to contact the administrator, to which the seller said that the administrator refuses to fit, take it! How can this happen ?! I always tried on my pajamas in any store. Why does the administrator allow himself a boorish treatment? Don't your stores need sales? Disappointed with your service!

I really like this brand of clothing, but entering the store now it feels like a collection for the homeless. All the clothes are kind of baggy. I didn't like anything. Maybe I'm not in the mood?

Everything is fine in this department, except for one thing: in the fitting room, when you ask the seller to bring you a different size, she replies that she cannot leave and even cannot invite another seller, and she has to change clothes and go to change herself. In all departments, salespeople do this.
