But as for the doctors, depending on who gets caught, doctors are different - thank God, there are - God forbid. In 2018, the son was in the infectious ward with an intestinal infection. On average, 3-4 doctors treated us, one of them did not check sugar very well, after a glucose dropper and wondered why it was increased. And so everything is quite cozy, polite, but professionalism - 4⭐

2 times in my life I came across this "office". For the first time, they refused to do a planned operation due to the lack of some kind of analysis, which was eventually done in the same place, but PAYMENT. With adventures and scandals, but we were operated on in another department. Second time Dentistry. The most expensive consultation in the city of 1550r is comparable only to Medi. The maximum price for everything. Consultation -5 min, despite the fact that the whole operation is planned. Therefore, before being treated there, I advise you to monitor prices in other more modern and customer-oriented institutions.

We came from an injury with a 1 month old baby who fell from a swing. We stood on the street for 20 minutes, waited until the ambulance, which climbed in front of us, finished (we could have also come by ambulance, but decided to go by our own car). For 40 minutes, the husband with the child was there, listening to the rudeness of the employee, the child was never examined. They also wanted to send blood to donate (if there was a suspicion of a head injury), in the end, they spat and left. We wrote a complaint. So they still had the audacity to call us and ask to withdraw the complaint, and then officially answered that the child had been examined and there were no violations !!!!! Despite the fact that the inspection was not even close, we also had another person's papers in our hands. The bottom of medicine is definitely here. Never come here if there is an opportunity to go elsewhere. Here you can not only lose time, but also leave your life. It is disgusting that there are still such places and such bureaucracy.

In the emergency room, the doctors are attentive, they told and explained everything in detail, offered treatment, a pleasant team - thanks to them for taking care of my child. The star was removed for the work of laboratory staff (for loud personal conversations at the workplace)

I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart all the staff of the 9th department of "neonatal therapy" and our attending physician Natalya Yurievna, for their professionalism, attention and care to their patients, especially thank you for our little daughter. Yes, of course it is not easy to get through to the hospital, and, unfortunately, to go to the child too, because of the huge queue for the wards ... But it's such a trifle when your child returns home, healthy and smiling!))) Thank you very much for your work !!!
