Stopped in for dinner and were very pleased. Service is beyond praise. The waiter Nikita communicated with us very nicely, while showing high professional skills. I liked the establishment itself, it is beautiful and very cozy inside. Great idea for portraits. Food is good, delicious orzo with a scallop. The only thing - I would like a little pause between breaks, otherwise we haven't finished with the snack, but have already taken out the next course. And this is a great place for a book, after which a good mood will definitely remain

The overall impression is pretty good, 4+. Setting: the establishment is very small, pleasant dark interior, the highlight in the design is the stylization of portraits of famous chefs as if they were portraits of generals / important persons from the century before last. Cuisine: the menu is small (I love it) and rather motley, because the concept of the establishment is in reference to different dishes. My strawberry salmon tartare was very good, the salmon steak is pretty ordinary (it's just good, like a salmon steak, without much of a specifics). My friends generally also liked their order (beef tartare, appetizer with chicken pate, duck with pumpkin puree, filet mignon with sorrel garnish). What did not really go to us - carrot cake. But this is a matter of taste. The portions are not very large, so you can try the appetizer, the main one, and the dessert.

Great food, but the service needs work. When I called and booked the table, I clarified until which hour the kitchen is open. The person accepting the reservation did not know, and asked to wait until he clarified, then gave out that the kitchen was open until 1.00. Discreet but thoughtful interior. On Saturday evening, only 2 out of 9 tables are occupied. The waiter did not introduce himself. Selectively talked about the dishes if they were dedicated to great chefs, whose portraits adorn the restaurant halls - two small halls. The appetizers - the most delicate pâté on crispy brioche - are great, only grapefruit segments prepared with liquid nitrogen (shrimp with grapefruit) do not allow you to enjoy the taste due to the extremely low temperature - literally knocks your teeth. The main dish is orzo with scallops - you swallow your tongue. I would like to smack my lips with pleasure without hesitation. But the waiter could not name the ingredient with which the dish was sprinkled. Duck with carrots, duck - the highest score, but carrots, if I can recommend - I would try to cook not boiled, but baked, for a more refined taste. We were also satisfied with the desserts. And so we had already paid the bill and were about to leave, as we were told that due to a waiter's mistake, our payment at the terminal had to be canceled, and we should pay the bill again. And then we had to stay for a few minutes, figuring out what to do with the payment, etc. The second waiter allowed us to hear the internal proceedings of the staff, which is unacceptable in the presence of guests. But even the liberties of the waiters could not spoil the impression of our evening of gastronomic pleasures! I recommend visiting, trying, enjoying the combinations of flavors and consistencies! To the chef - bravo and compliments, to the management - success in working with personnel.

For a great review - pour the guest a good wine, then add delicious squid, scallop and peaches with salmon. Spice it all up with dessert and voila - your review is ready. I still didn't like the duck ... Belissimo atmosphere, smart staff ум
