The hall is cozy, otherwise it is like a rocking chair in the basement in the 90s.

I came to the gym as it was not far from work. Pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere of the hall, very friendly, only positive emotions. Actually, only in this room did I have a result thanks to George coach with a capital letter! There are many interesting people, experienced and titled athletes who will always help and prompt. In general, a hall in which you enjoy training and communication!

Such a good rocking chair, almost everything is there: bar racks for squats, bench presses, free weights; it’s only a pity that there is no normal crossbar, horizontal bar, it’s problematic to make force exits here. You don’t listen to your music either, metal, for example, old people love more melodically. A wall-mounted TV with cute clips only distracts, knocks down the fighting spirit. You have to fuck under Metallica!
