Very good and quite cheap gym. There are a lot of facilities, good coaches and sport atmosphere. There is a big lockers room, which supplies shower, fresh water and solarium. I ordered a half of year season ticket and it cost me 6000 rubles, which is very good price. So, I'll recommend this place if you live near "Continent" shopping center. I love this club. All zones are arranged somehow harmoniously, comfortably warming up to gradually move from one to another. And most importantly, the trainers have a high level of training.
