Convenient location. Friendly staff that was especially nice. Clean room. To an earlier time, from 9:00 to 11:00 no queues in the afternoon maximum of 6-9 people in the queue, but moving very rapidly. I am also attaching a new schedule for the admission of citizens, effective March 18, 2019.

It is very convenient if you make an appointment through public services, though you still can’t get under your own time, but at first they service public services from the website, then those who just came. Of the minuses - the site does not indicate the time of reception without an invitation from the site of public services, although there are different hours of reception
