I am very sorry that I contacted the Phil online store. The lack of professionalism and incompetence of its employees led to the fact that they sent one order No. 40797 by EMS mail for more than a week and at the same time managed to divide it into two parcels (completely unreasonable!), Which led to double payment on my part for the delivery of goods! Apparently very generous store employees at someone else's expense! In addition, the invested goods did not fully comply with what was stated on the photo on the store’s website. There were no apologies from them addressed to me - my letters remained unanswered ...
