Was in the store today. I wanted to lighten and protonate, my color was painted in a light brown-koshtan creation, but I wanted light shades. At the checkout I gave the girl Anastasia a photo of the desired result and they collected everything I needed, including protection for lightening, selected a formula for coloring and advised subsequent care. Arriving home, I did everything as indicated and there was no limit to my delight !!! The result came out better, they did it before in the salon !!!! I CAN'T EVEN FIND THE WORDS OF THANKS !!!!! Simply magical customer service !!!

Good choice, prices are not the best. The sellers are not very helpful.

Quite expensively and not all sellers even know the necessary minimum about a product, because of which it is necessary to wait until a knowledgeable seller finally consults a previous customer and can orient and prompt you. Train your staff at last! Do not slam your eyes; you hire him.

I have never met such a boorish and disrespectful attitude towards the client, I didn’t come for a minute for bread but for cheap hair cosmetics ... and yes, I need help, not words like yes you don’t understand, but this is all garbage ... although I was just trying to explain what the previous sellers of this store recommended to me and by the way I always (earlier) was very pleased with the competence of the consultants, well done beat the girls, now it's just awful, I do not recommend this store to anyone
