The car dealership deserves the highest mark for service and convenient operation. We came here to buy a new car already in the afternoon. But we had enough time headlong to decide on the model and equipment. Thanks to the manager for the advice and help.

We came to buy a car, but, unfortunately, there was no specialist, apparently, the salon is firmly afloat and does not need sales. And so good, even a sanitizer at the entrance. They called before leaving, but no one picked up the phone ((We just went in vain, wasted time and gasoline. I have everything!

Tin. After the pandemic quarantine, there is no car at all. Everything is only on order. You can't even look into the salon - there are only customer cars in the showroom. There is no test drive, you can sit at the same table, but in the same car a buyer and a seller cannot. And how to understand that this is your car ???

The uttermost disappointment (((((3 Audi cars were previously bought in the salon on Stachek, 2 of them were also sold through this salon), from the last Olroad 4 I arrived on July 1 regarding the registration of a comprehensive insurance (by the way, I also did it right in the salon for 2 years ) on the windshield - I caught a stone - a crack on the glass ... In the salon they promised to keep within a week !!! Result: the 1st was filmed, submitted in the Guide, the 2nd received an answer from the Stakhova! Further, silence ... On the 13th I called to ask ... and they told me that the insurance company did not answer, and they were sent documents 3 times, and that there was none !!! the opportunity to contact the insurance)))) immediately called back to the insurance: they said that they did not receive anything from the salon after July 2nd !!!! On the 14th I called the salon again- They said that in a week the glass would be installed. Today is 21 !!!!! Silence from the salon !!! It's been 3 weeks !!! I called the stakhovaya - they received the papers from the Strikes only on the 14th, on the 16th they answered the salon .... Nothing from the salon ... but I actually urgently need to go to the dacha, and this is 350 km from St. Petersburg with such glass I don't want to risk it .. .but the salon sneeze on its regular customers!
