Good value for money on products. But, the prices are always incorrect. The price tag does not correspond to what the price is at the till. As you can see from the other reviews, this issue has been going on for a long time and does not get corrected. This Dixy has made customers aware that there is new staff, but this doesn't seem to of changed anything for the customer experience. The staff can be very rude. I've once seen an administrative staff member not even wanting to help a child find a product. On another occasion this individual also has used foul language to customers. This shop has a long way to go before I could justify rating this Dixy any higher.

The supermarket is quite large inside, but with an inconspicuous entrance, insecurely inserted between twin columns under the eaves separating the main ground floor from the upper living area of ​​the house. Located in a nice modern building next to Azbuka Vkusa. With such a decent facade and neighborhood, appropriate content is expected. All the more confusion is caused by the neglected and unkempt interior of the supermarket. Alas, it does not shine with an assortment. The layout is sloppy. Carts and baskets - whatever. There are heaps of packaging in the sales area. It's sad when good opportunities descend so ineptly. The staff, by the way, is normal, only very tired.
