Friendly staff, great selection of books

I held up the book, instead of the set two calls and SMS reminders, I received one call. Upon delivery, they fined a fine, 200 rubles - they snorted at the request for a check, brought it. On the check - "booklet work" is broken. I think this is not a polite address to the client, and generally low quality of work of employees. The library itself needs repair and reorganization. There is no way to pay online or through a bank.
