Two pluses in this room: 1-balcony; 2-huge bathroom and shower, although there is no extractor hood. If you like to swim under a hot shower, know that it will be like in a steam room))) But even these plus signs require aesthetic support. Then we were asked to move into the suite, as they supposedly need access to the water supply, but this is cheating. They have a problem not with the water supply, but with the reservation department))) the deluge that when we moved to the suite, other guests were already waiting in the hall But the suite is a cave room😂😂😂 with a kitchen, a corridor and a claustrophobic bathroom🙈🙈🙈 The TV in the room did not work. Here's a luxury. The girl administrator who worked on 11/22/2020 is very unfriendly, communication with her causes only a negative reaction. The rest of the girls are wonderful !! I will definitely never come here again and will not advise anyone. PS last year rented a room in the hotel "Rooms on Nevsky 111" conditions are better and the price is lower

Of the minuses - very weak sound insulation between rooms, lack of ventilation (very uncomfortable in the bathroom)

Best offer, nice rooms, nice and sociable staff, breakfast fire. Conveniences, good beds, all conditions are met 10 out of 10, minus only one for those who smoke, there are no balconies for smoking, and special places for smoking, you need to go outside. And everything else is up to par.

The day before arrival, the reservation was transferred to another hotel of the same chain. They promised the room is exactly the same as I booked. As a result, we moved into a very dirty room, dark, with a bed upstairs. It does not correspond to the photographs at all. Deal with your staff and teach them how to work with people. This is their job. I came to your city as a guest and spoil the whole impression with such an attitude. The location is good, there are many cafes, pharmacy, metro, Gallery shopping center nearby.
