We found a bathtub in this store, which was needed at the work site in 2 days - they said they would bring it without problems. They did not bring any warnings or apologies - we had to call and clarify why they were not going, although we are waiting for them. Without any special apologies, the delivery was postponed for 3 days (for us it is 3 days of unscheduled work that had to be settled on the go) And after three days - the most amazing! The delivery was carried out by the same person who sold the bath in the store, and he did not hesitate to take the bath up to the 7th floor by elevator, and then, after walking 2 floors on foot, ask for manual payment for the lift. Our master saw this "loader" and how he lifted the bathtub in the elevator ... Total: the service is ugly, there is no work with a delay on orders, and even everyday fraud, and on the part of the same sales staff who work in the store. We and our friends laughed heartily at the behavior of this seller-loader, but more in this store, hardly any of us will want to buy something - and we do not recommend it to anyone. They are really shameless 0_o
