I have been a regular customer of re: Store for 6 years. All my iPhones were purchased in this store, starting from 6 to XR, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, and so on. It was always a pleasure to consult and make a purchase. January 4, I went to the store to buy the XS Max. The seller reluctantly came to me and at the same time shouted over the phone, complaining that he was "sick of work" from last year. The mood was already spoiled. Further it was worse - I was served on a dump, and every question I asked met with an evaluating look, there was a feeling that they were laughing at me! The attempt to contact another consultant was also a failure - they answered me in the spirit of the Russian Post: "- I don’t see, I'm talking to another person here ??!" Any desire to buy something has disappeared and AT ALL to visit this place! It is unclear HOW such "specialists" work in stores of this class!

10.10 Contact the store on Bolshoy pr. P.S. I asked to help you understand why the recorded video that had to be uploaded to Yandex Disk is not playing in my photo album. Young people helped resolve the issue. All that has been done (send the disk via the Share function to Yandeks, since it was just impossible to send directly). I spent 40 minutes in the store (due to the fact that the video was loaded for a long time due to its 3G weight). And all this time we just stood over the phone and waited for the download. Everything loaded successfully. And I was informed that this service costs 3,990 rubles (justifying that this is a minimum service charge). It’s not a question to pay, a question is a sum and really really pressing two buttons is it directly compared with the settings? Naturally, no one had warned of such an amount before, they didn’t say that if we do this “complicated” action, it will be necessary to pay 4000. BUT I paid. Because I did not have time to sort out and dive into this story. On the same day, I contacted the quality control support service. They reported that applications are considered 3 days. On the same day they requested a check of payment by mail (it was immediately photographed by him and a scan was sent the next day). As a result, it is already Friday, 01.11. they do not respond to repeated calls properly, they delay me indefinitely. Do not comment on anything. I did not expect this from this store! P.S. carefully ask questions to sellers, and then for the question of how to turn on WIFI, pay 5,000.
