Fantastic staff The cashier was super helpful The site was a little tricky to use but everything else was fine. They even changed my return from Peterhof at no cost.

Choose another Company. This one was terrible about so many things. First they mislead with departure time. 14:45 ended up being 15:05. Then the price was 150 ₽ more expensive than the competition. Then the boat trip took 1h:15 min instead of 45 min we spent the other way with another company. Them fuel smells throughout the whole trip was a real nuisance. Then a salesman could not shut half of the yelling to sell all sorts of stupid merchandise. A very disappointing experience! Never again.

Awfull service, specially online. We booked our trip online 1 hour before its departure, but never recived our tickets. Fortunately, boat departed late, so we had time to solve the problem. Un our case, one mistake of this company solved their other mistake, but the experience witj them was bad.

I have booked 2 roundtrip online tickets to Peterhof (Meteor). I received this tickets at cashbox on piers, they have the same departure time (I didn't pay attention on it). On my return way I was said in rude manner my time is up and we have to wait ship with free places for one hour (Leftover principle). Please do not use this company. They can ruin your plans. Level of service is very low.

The website and the e-ticket say that passengers must have personal protective equipment (masks) and that they will not be allowed on board without them. In fact, they do not even check everything, they go in and sit without masks, they walk on the meteor while driving. Also on the website and on the e-ticket it is said that before boarding, all passengers undergo thermometric control. In fact, there is absolutely no control. In general, ordinary cabbies. But sanitizers are hanging - "conditions are met".
