Location is not good but cheap

One of the best hostels, clean, well equipped, with all the basic amenities.

Quite a good place. Not worse than European mini-hotels! There are some minor flaws, as everywhere else. I was pleasantly surprised by the pricing policy. It's cheaper to live here than to rent an apartment. The guys even have a hairdryer in the shower room and what struck me was a landline telephone ... people ... prompted ... explained ... There are no problems at all in booking a room. But what can I say ... I can only advise.

"Inzhekon" is positioned as a hotel, but the hotel is not at all attractive. After talking with the hotel staff, you get the impression that you are checking into a hostel. Of course, booking in the city center for a relatively low price does not expect a five-star hotel. You are waiting for what is stated on the "hotel" page on booking.com. And now I will substantiate what I wrote above. Upon arrival, I called the hotel to find out the check-in time and find out a number of other questions. The woman answered the call in a very unfriendly tone, she could not answer my questions specifically. Since I had already booked a room, I decided to visit the hotel anyway. I go inside, no one is there. Then from behind the scream of the very woman-receptionist: "Where ?!" I replied that I had booked a room. She answered in an imperative tone: "Handle your hands and follow me." TE It is not necessary for the woman to greet and greet the visitor. I endured it and did not begin to be rude in return. Now comes the fun part! The price and the room do not match what is stated in my booking. I booked a room for 6,000 rubles with a private bathroom and toilet facilities. And they tell me with irritation that I booked for 6400 rubles with a toilet and shower shared for the whole floor. How did it happen and can I get the number stated on the site. But the woman switched to market talk and shout and began to argue. At the same time, among her unpleasantly smelling speech, I never received an answer to my questions. I said I would refer to the manual and write a review. The woman said that I can write anywhere and no one told her. After such a "greeting" I turned around and left. I ask the hotel management to sort out the situation and take action with respect to the people working there.
