The doctor on duty gives everyone bruises indiscriminately, without going into details and without bothering with an examination, due to which my fracture of the sacral spine was simply missed. I understand that you won't see a lot on X-rays, but no one has canceled the recommendations for additional examinations, especially when it comes to the spine.

Here the medical staff wears masks on the chin or without them at all !!!!! Who should I contact with a complaint about this? Many patients in the queue also do not have masks and no one makes a remark to them !!!
