Perfect place! Fountains work in summer, you can sit on the bench. In winter, on New Year's Eve, it is always beautifully decorated. Clean, tidy. Beautiful illumination of trees and buildings. Nearby is a small square. This square hosts city events and fairs. There is a public toilet.

Today I went on a 403 minibus from Tallinn Highway 40 to the stop Kennel - on the plantain I paid 51 rubles, my whole route costs 40 rubles - the change was given to 10 .... where 1 ruble .... and I think there are many. I will understand 😠
