Two stars for a fair number of ATMs that usually have no queue. But the department itself is bad. 11 windows, and there is always a queue. They barely move. Again, the simple receipt of a reissued card took almost an hour !!!

disgusting branch in terms of service to legal entities, if there is a possibility, contact another. Initially, it was possible to submit an application only on the third attempt, the first two ended up waiting for about 2 hours in the queue, only one specialist worked in their legal department. In parallel with the submission of documents for opening an account, an application was written to issue a corp card, after 2 weeks it turned out that they had lost my application !!! filed again, the manager said that my situation was under personal control and they would call me back as the card would be ready, but after another two weeks the call was not received, I had to clarify myself. Thank God I received the card, but then it turned out that they had also lost the application to activate the certificate! and I did not wait for its activation after a month! just awful office and specialists! tomorrow I'm going to reapply!

There are always long queues. The worst department of all, even for a certificate you have to stand for hours. A queue is created even simply because there is always less staff than the number of reception tables. Where the department administration is looking is not clear

bestial attitude towards clients nothing has changed, except that everyone is now muzzled, the service is rubbish!
