From time to time I change the currency in this office and have never observed any supernatural queues. Yes, there are more people on weekends, but it's generally understandable. Especially when you consider that this bank has a pretty good rate. Most likely, therefore, the queues. Well, yes, maybe also because the cashier is trying to double-check, not in a hurry. But for me personally, this is a plus. When I changed a large amount, I also checked everything calmly, did not jump out of the bank. It's still money. In general, the rate at the bank is good, the service - I have no complaints, the queues are predictable.

Currency exchange is sooo slow! A long queue is formed. It would also be great if the cashier would warn when the money in the cash register runs out. I waited for my turn for more than an hour, but they tell me that the money has run out and we won't be able to buy dollars from you, but it's still my turn. "Great service.
