I contributed money to the cash desk, the office was empty - not a single client. However, after an hour and a half they are still not credited. If you need urgent, do not use the cash desk of this office. At Kamennoostrovsky in the same RSHB money is credited to the account instantly. So the staff on Krylova is unskilled, lazy.

There were 2 times on different issues for an hour while managers were drinking tea and giggling and in the end I was told sorry we can not help you. And to the director in general. The red face and smell of spirits of somo spoke about the director that told him about the customers. I do not advise this place. Inside, there is no place to sit. My pregnant wife stood with me for an hour.

Awfully long service, one opperatsionist, and that is not cut down, what to do, and if even the pensioner is in front of you, then all in the next hour do not expect to leave here
